HeritaEdge is an early-stage project. This notice describes only how our website's private inquiry form is intended to handle information. It does not describe future AI training, family archive storage, or digital legacy products, which will require separate, detailed policies.
Information you submit
When you make an inquiry, the website collects your name, email address, subject of interest, and message. Please do not send identity documents, sensitive family archives, passwords, medical information, or other confidential materials through this form.
Why we use it
We use your inquiry to understand your interest and, if appropriate, respond to your request. The form sends the submitted information to the project's configured mailbox. Our hosting provider may process normal server and security logs.
Recipients and retention
Inquiry details are handled by the project and the infrastructure providers required to deliver and store the message. We do not operate a public user directory. Email retention, access controls, provider location and any legally required retention terms must be finalized before launch.
Your choices
You may request information about your inquiry or ask for its deletion by replying to the project's correspondence. A dedicated privacy contact address should be published before public launch.
